K-6 Cross Country
Date: Tuesday 17th March
Time: 9:45 am - 12:30 pm
Get ready Castle Cove, something exciting is coming your way! For the very first time, we are hosting a whole school K to 6 event and it is going to be a blast. Our littlest champs in Kindergarten and Year 1, as well as the Year 2 who are not turning eight this year, will be dashing into action at the inaugural Castle Cove Public School Fun Run. This awesome event is a fantastic chance for our younger students to have fun, feel the buzz, and soak up the joyful spirit of the day. Lace up your sneakers and get ready to run, jump, and smile!
Harmony Day
Date: Monday 23rd March
Time: All Day
Harmony Day is a special time when we celebrate the amazing diversity that makes our school and Australia so unique. It’s all about inclusiveness, respect, and making everyone feel like they belong. On Harmony Day, students are encouraged to wear orange or dress in cultural fashion to show their pride in their heritage. Please note that football jerseys are not considered cultural clothing for this day. Let’s come together to celebrate and appreciate the rich cultures that make our community shine!
Easter Hat Parade
Date: Tuesday 31st March
Time: TBA
Hop hop hop, it’s time for our Easter Hat Parade at Castle Cove Public School. This egg-citing event brings out the creativity in every student as they show off their colourful handmade hats bursting with bunnies, chicks, eggs and all things spring. The playground will sparkle with bright smiles and festive fun as our community comes together to celebrate. We cannot wait to see everyone’s brilliant creations hopping down the parade!
